Relato ganador:

NOAH’S ARK de Laura Martín Campón. 1° Grado Superior.

That night everything turned grey and black, the birds were knocking at my door talking non-stop and I listened to them. There were also all kinds of animals, it was like Noah’s ark.

I went out of the house and I met a girl, and she told me to help her but I couldn’;t stop hearing voices inside me, I could understand what any animal was saying…

But that girl begged me, I agreed and I followed her, what I didn’t expect was that damn trap, she chained me in a dark and cold basement for days and days, she didn’t feed me and I hardly drank,;she was convinced that I was the one chosen by the Boss.

After so many tortures, I ended up confessing that I could hear animal voices and that they understood me, she went crazy and made a call.

That call was my death and I knew it, but she didn’t dare to do it, she released me bruised and wounded 17 kilometres away from the village.

I left that village, I learned to live with my voices.

When everything was almost perfect, I met them again… I didn’t have time to run and they took me.

Accesits:

THE NIGHTMARE THAT WOKE ME UP AND KEPT ME AWAKE ALL NIGHT.

I’m not used to having really bad and scary nightmares, but I remember that one day I literally woke up and I couldn’t even sleep.

Some time after I had closed my eyes and relaxed in my bed, warm and cozy, I started to see a black world, there was nothing, it was empty. And suddenly I opened my eyes and woke up in the nightmare. I was in my house, with the same furniture, but I felt strange, as if everything was very dark, dramatic. The lights were very dim so I took the torch I had on my bedside table and I left the room.

While I was walking down the corridor, I couldn’t stop hearing voices that were impossible to understand. I was very scared and nervous. I realised that I was home alone and that scared me even more. When I reached the end of the corridor, the voices stopped. So I decided to turn around, but I saw a ghost with a horrible face full of wrinkles and big eyes behind me! I ran as fast as I could to the door, but it was locked, so I hid under the sofa. And then the ghost pushed the sofa away with an incredible force!

And that’s when I woke up from this horrible nightmare. I sighed quietly and decided to go to the living room because I couldn’t go back to sleep in the dark!

MY WORST NIGHTMARE

It was a new moon night, the leaves of the trees were moved by the cold wind and there were thunders, but this didn’t stop the desire of two young people to drive trough that forest. They were a couple that want to live love adventures, adventures that would end their lives.

They arrive to the top of a small hill, and here, they heard a noise: “Knock, Knock…”, but there was nothing outside. The guy got out of the car, to discover what was that, and the girl stayed inside.

Minutes passed and he didn’t return. Then, more noises began to be heard, and they were faster, until a lightning illuminated a silhouette, it was a man who was hitting the car with something: her boyfriend’s head.
